Discount 5% weekly rate rentals for single or double occupancy; or second week discount offered.

Min age 24 years, however I may consider some 20-23 year olds , extra 250$ security deposit applies.

250$ deposit payment is required to book your stay.

The remaining balance and security/damage deposit  are  due at the latest 31 days prior to your arrival.
The security/damage deposit (250$-500$ depending on your age) is refunded after your stay.

We offer a cancellation policy:

If you cancel at least 31 days prior to your booked stay:

#1:  IF I FIND someone to rent the condo: I will give you a refund depending on rented days (ie rent 4 days out of 7; partial refund) 
#2: I cannot find someone to rent for your scheduled stay: we will give you a credit (valid for 12 months), so you can re-schedule.

Prices above include light housekeeping before and after your stay, and all utility/condo fees/management fees.
I purchase damage insurance on your behalf; value of 1500$ for 40$.
The security deposit is for things/situations not covered by damage insurance; such as smoking, visitors, extra guests, unruly behavior, excessive dirtying. This is refunded after your stay.
